These terms (together with our Privacy Policy ) tell you how you may make use of www.drmarkdixon.com  (the site). Use of the site includes accessing and browsing, or contacting us via, the site.

www.drmarkdixon.com  is a site operated by Oxygen House Limited (the “Company”) on behalf of Dr Dixon, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06626390  whose registered office and main trading address is at Oxygen House, Grenadier Road, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, Devon EX1 3LH.

Site content

We may update and change the site from time to time but are under no obligation to do so.  

We have checked the accuracy and validity of the content on the site but do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will be up to date, complete or free from errors or omissions.

Contacting Dr Dixon

You can contact Dr Dixon via the Contact page.  Any correspondence you submit for Dr Dixon via the site will be processed by the Company and Dr Dixons PA in accordance with the site Privacy Policy.  

When you contact Dr Dixon via the site you will receive an automated response in the first instance.  

Please note that while Dr Dixon enjoys hearing from like-minded people, due to the volumes of correspondence and his business commitments, not all correspondence will receive a further response and neither he nor the Company are required to respond or enter into correspondence.  

Accessing the site

The site is made available free of charge, but we do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.  It is unlikely, but we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue the site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time.

The site is intended for and directed to persons residing in the UK.

Dr Dixon’s Privacy

The site includes personal data relating to Dr Dixon including biographical information and photos identifying him.   Whilst he is happy to share this information via the Site for you to read you are not permitted to collect, use or otherwise process his personal information without his specific consent.   

Intellectual property rights

Dr Dixon or the Company are the owners or the licensees of all intellectual property rights in the site, and in the material published on it, including the images of the buildings and rooms. Those works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any content you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or graphics separately from any accompanying text. Dr Dixon’s status as the author of the content or his academic papers published on the site must always be acknowledged.
